Our Founder

Prior to establishing our company, James Ratty was affiliated with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America where he was quickly promoted from position to position until he became the director of construction. Then, he was successfully engaged for four years by the country’s largest commercial builder as a senior estimator, working on projects worth more than $275 million.

As an experienced industry professional, James founded the company on the philosophy of fostering positive relationships with customers. This translates to providing personalized construction services that meet or even exceed client expectations.

James is a certified professional estimator and former vice president of the American Society of Professional Estimators Chapter 26. He is also affiliated with the New Jersey Subcontractors Association where he’s a former board member.

At Precision Group Services, LLC, our clients have direct and continuous access to James and other senior-level team members at all stages of the project. This approach has produced favorable, on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy results for our clients regardless of project complexity.

Perry Plevretes

Experience: 9 Years

Perry started in construction while attending high school at the age of 16 doing residential renovations part time. After receiving his Bachelors degree in the Science of Arts he joined PGS as a full time Carpenter. Perry has worked on many Projects such as the Social Security Administration, United States Passport Office, FBI and Statue of Liberty.

Derrick Madieros

Experience: 2 Years

Derrick joined PGS in 2018 as an Apprentice Carpenter. After attending college he spent four years in the United States Coast Guard as an Engineer.

Jonathan Liebowitz

Experience: 9 Years

Jon has nine years experience in Carpentry. He worked in the Carpenters Union for six years, has successfully completed his Apprenticeship and brings solid experience to PGS.
